For those that don’t know much about it, the Mussel Shoal floating pontoon is the perfect destination to recreate their take on Houston’s most diverse culinary dish – Viet-Cajun seafood boil.

Using Cornish shellfish such as crab & lobster cooked in a broth of Cajun and Vietnamese spices with corn and potatoes served alongside various dipping sauces of garlic and lemongrass butter.

Not for the faint hearted, this will be a messy affair but a culinary experience you won’t want to miss.
