Chef demo – 4pm on Friday

For the past three years now, Steve has headed up the kitchen at Verdant Brewing Co’s Taproom.

Located in Penryn, inside the brewery, Steve has been pushing the boundaries as to what can be called Pizza.

Run of the mill it ain’t. The best Italian ingredients, the freshest locally grown and made produce, the daily search for dough perfection. Steve and his team of pizzaiolos help feed the visitors to the brewery and taproom whilst trying the freshest of brews.

With the brewers striving for the highest standards in beer next door, Steve matches their passion and creativity in his food.

Very rarely do you get demonstrations centred around the world of Pizzas, but hopefully Steve’s insights will show the breadth of diversity available
