The Green Family has been making cheese for 4 generations on the Somerset levels in the small village of West Pennard, within sight of the legendary Glastonbury Tor, traditionally producing farmhouse cheddar and a range of other cheeses.

Brue Valley Farms originate in the village of Baltonsborough with land extending over the Somerset levels towards the Glastonbury Tor, using time honoured methods to produce farmhouse cheddar and a range of butters.
