Lead by Richard Penrose and Ley Adewole, the Falmouth Community Gospel Choir is a harmonious gathering based in Falmouth, made up of a community of people from all over Cornwall. The simple aim is ‘To connect Cornwall to the glorious sound of Gospel music and to inspire all those that hear the choir sing’. The choir seeks to encourage and uplift people throughout the Cornish community.
Choir Director Ley Adewole has sung with Stevie Wonder, George Michael, The Beautiful South and Take That, and won Best Newcomer from the British Gospel Association. Richard Penrose, pianist and hammond organist, has played with some of the UK’s top jazz musicians.
