The Cornwall College demonstration will be led by senior lecturers Nick Batten and Mark Devonshire, with lots of help from current students.
Both lecturers will be showcasing various dishes using a wide variety of fish and shellfish, highlighting the benefits of sourcing and using fresh seasonal local produce.
