Established in 1987, after many years of making  home-made preserves and constantly being told “you should do this as a business” we made our first batch to sell at the local craft market. Now in 2017 we are still producing all our preserves the same way as in 1987, small open pans, 26 jars produced per batch, all hand made and all jars hand filled, we even still print our own labels and stick them on by hand.

We use only the finest ingredients, sourced locally  whenever possible. we only supply a handful of shops, and in the main attend food shows & markets.
