“As a country, Britain exports approximately 80% of its crabs to the rest of Europe. On finding this out, we at CLAW decided it was about time to bring the humble crab back to British plates! We believe that crab is undervalued and we want more people to realise that it is fresh, healthy, high in protein and most importantly delicious!

We source traceable, sustainable and fresh crabs from Start Bay in Devon (in-between Salcombe and Dartmouth).

Taking out the middle men, we deal directly with fishermen in Devon to ensure that we receive the best produce. Once we get the crab back to London we create our famous burgers, made with a simple mixture of crab meat and a secret blend of herbs and spices. Unlike other restaurants, we never use fillers such as white fish or potato and we guarantee that you’ll tell the difference.”
